My name is Tristan, and I work on projects focused on communication, marketing, and project management. I have experience working in different fields including healthcare, technology, education, non-profit, and marketing agencies. I am also happy to apply my skills and experience in new industries. Experience

    • Planning multi-day program meetings for approximately 100 attendees nationwide. This includes researching event space, obtaining proposals, finding hotel room blocks, helping with the event schedule, and finalizing food, beverage and AV details. Has successfully planned one in-person event and is currently planning two more.

    • Managing social media accounts including creating graphics, writing copy, managing editorial calendar, monitoring interactions, and conducting analysis. Created a LinkedIn page, YouTube channel, and Bluesky account for the program. Increased social media engagement rate by 59% and tripled link clicks in the first five months. 

    • Creating educational content (infographics, videos, webpages, social media posts) about gene editing for patients. 

    • Crafting and distributing a monthly email newsletter.

    • Creating a video interview series for the program YouTube channel, including scheduling interviews, interviewing people, video editing, uploading and managing the YouTube channel. 

    • Managing multiple projects for various clients concurrently while ensuring deliverables are high quality and on time. 

    • Ghostwriting thought leadership articles and LinkedIn posts for company leaders at a B2B marketing agency. 

    • Writing grant applications for a health technology non-profit focused on underserved populations. 

    • Self-published a fiction novel. 

    • Managed group of freelance and contract workers.

    • Managed all stages of content projects, including brainstorming, writing, editing, and analyzing. 

    • Oversaw social media accounts including writing copy, designing graphics, and analyzing interactions.  

    • Maintained and managed relationships with clients and prospective customers.

    • Implemented SEO strategies in blog posts and webpages for higher rankings in Google search results. 

    • Wrote and managed conference and competition submissions, and accepted to over 10 events.

    • Synthesized literature on healthcare burnout to write educational blog and social media posts. 

    • Designed graphics, wrote copy, managed the content calendar, and monitored interactions for approximately 20 posts per week across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter (X).
